Short-Term Reservation/Cancallation Policy
Reservation Policy: We require 50% deposit within 5 days to confirm a reservation and balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the rental start date will result in a loss of monies unless vacancy can be filled and then a processing charge of $50.00 will be deducted from deposit.
*All rates are plus a 15% vermont state rooms tax & gratuity and are subject to change without notice.
Seasonal Reservation/Cancallation Policy
Reservation Policy: The first renter that makes a 10% deposit and signs the lease agreement has reserved the property for the ski season.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for ski season rentals will have all monies returned to renter as long as unit is rented to another party within a minimum of 60 days before lease commencment minus a $150.00 processing charge.
