All monies will be forfeited by TENANTS and retained by Tiki and Associates on the OWNER'S behalf. All cancellations must be in writing via email or mail to Tiki and Associates. If vacancy can be filled 50% refund of TOTAL RENTAL amount. Remember that the lease agreement may not be assigned or sublet the property in whole or part to any party not listed on your lease agreement.
