Short Description: Deluxe private contemporary home with designer kitchen, stone fireplace and loft master bedroom with bath. On 20 acres with open meadows and lovely views. There is a small pond and room to hike and enjoy the peaceful setting.
Detailed Description: This cozy contemporary has an open floor plan with a stone fireplace and is great for entertaining or just sitting around the fire. There are sliders to a deck and mountain views. The kitchen is a designer kitchen with a Jen-are gas stove. There are 2+ bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a sauna. There is a TV and VCR.
LOWER LEVEL: 1 bedroom has a double bed (2). There is a mud room entrance with a futon on a frame in a seperate area and a bath with a shower. There is a sauna and a wood stove and a washer and dryer.
MAIN LEVEL: Open living room with fireplace and kitchen area. The dining area sits 6 and the living area overlooks lovely mountain views. There is a ladder that goes up the wall into a small loft for a child.
TOP FLOOR: A spiral staircase leads up to a master bedroom suite with a private bath.
Short-Term Reservation/Cancellation Policy
- Reservation Policy: We require 50% deposit within 5 days to confirm a reservation and balance due 61 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Up until 61 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less 10%. 60 Days or less there is no refund. All monies will be forfeited by TENANTS and retained by Tiki and Associates on the OWNER'S behalf. All cancellations must be in writing via email or mail to Tiki and Associates. If vacancy can be filled 50% refund of TOTAL RENTAL amount. Remember that the lease agreement may not be assigned or sublet the property in whole or part to any party not listed on your lease agreement.
